Accupack Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of packaging machinery and automation solutions, catering to global markets with high-quality, innovative products. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive – Import & Export to join our team at our Rabale, Navi Mumbai facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce overall costs.
• Resolve import/export-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all import and export shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing timely and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate shipping rates and logistics services with vendors to obtain cost-effective solutions.
• Review and verify Letter of Credit documents to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: 5–7 years in import/export operations (preferably in engineering/manufacturing)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off
• Additional Offs: 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month
