Job Description

Required qualifications & experience.

  • Masters / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR/ administration role

Summary

As an HR Admin Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations. You will be the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Position Responsibilities.

  • Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating employee information.
  • Take care of recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Producing internal company documents and communication material for employees.
  • Responsible for Admin activities like Canteen, Housekeeping and Stationary items
  • Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage employee time office requests, attendance including sick leave, vacation, and personal days
  • Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management
