Sr. Executive - Climate Consulting

A) BAS (Biomass Assessment Studies)

1.Candidate should be conversant in analyzing agriculture data.

2.He/she should be well versed with Excel and MS Office.

3. Should be able to use qualitative & quantitative methods to prepare statistical data.

4. Should have hands-on experience of gathering Agricultural data in the field.

5.Proficient use of search engines to collect agricultural and related data is essential.

KRAs:

1.Visit villages/ farms to gather information pertaining to various crops & residues.

2.Analyze data using qualitative and quantitative techniques.

3.Scientific Report preparation / MIS.

B) Climate Consulting

1.Conduct greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory assessments, carbon foot printing, and life cycle assessments (LCA).

2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect and validate climate-related data.

3.Support in developing climate action plans, net-zero roadmaps, and emission reduction strategies.

3.Assist in climate risk and vulnerability assessments aligned with TCFD, SBTi, and other global frameworks.

6.Prepare client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and dashboards.

7.Support business development by preparing proposals, concept notes.

8.Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients on sustainability and climate change topics.

C) CBG & Livestock Management

1. Manage livestock-related operations for sustainable supply of dung and biomass for CBG plants.

2. Liaise with farmers, dairy cooperatives, and local communities for feedstock aggregation.

3.Implement best practices in animal husbandry and livestock health management to improve yield.

4.Monitor and optimize manure collection, storage, and logistics for CBG production.

5.Conduct farmer training and awareness programs on sustainable livestock practices.

6.Support in planning and executing feedstock security strategies for plant operations.

7.Maintain records of livestock productivity, manure supply, and farmer engagement.

8. Coordinate with CBG plant operations team to align livestock inputs with process requirements.

9.Track and report KPIs on feedstock availability, cost efficiency, and sustainability outcomes.
