Role & responsibilities

  • Arranging Samples of Material as per BOQ specification & make list for architects or Client’s Approval.
  • Reading BOQ of projects which I have to Handle & sorting out long lead time Material & short lead time material.
  • Individually Handling Projects all Over in Pan India.
  • Checking and Dispatching Invoice to Client.
  • Purchase orders issued / received control and maintain record.
  • Prepare comparison charge by evaluating different vendors' quotations.
  • Issuance of POs to the vendors
  • Rate Negotiations.
  • Maintain the PR /PO/Invoice Tracker.
  • Co-ordinate / follow up with Vendor for timely Delivered of the Material.
  • Keep a track over delivery in timely manner.
  • Attending Vendor Meeting for Financial Project closure.
  • Preparing Handing Over Document.
  • Vendor Development.
  • Ensure that procurement procedure is followed smoothly.
  • Assume other responsibilities and project activity as assigned.
  • Co – Ordinate /Follow up with finance team for timely release of the payment for Supplier
