Job Description

Designation - Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Liaison

Experience - 3 to 8 years

Qualification - Any graduate / LLB preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Coordination with various Government bodies which includes but not restricted to Pollution Control Board, Environmental Authority, PWD, Revenue Department, Local bodies etc.
To obtain the necessary Permissions Approvals, No Objection Certificates, new Licenses Renewals Completion or Compliance Certificates etc.
To Coordinate with the legal department and get necessary documents, undertakings, Affidavits, Indemnity Bonds required to be furnished to Statutory Authorities.
To Coordinate with Registration Department to present documents for registration and do all related works.
Ability to handle critical situations or issues with regard to statutory approvals.

Must have:

Experience Required- 3+ Years.
Must have strong knowledge of compliance and obtaining the necessary Permissions or Approvals or NOCs or new Licenses.
Hard skills in terms of developing relations with government employees.
Good drafting skills.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Reasonable liaising skills to deal with stakeholders (internal and external).
Must be a quick solution maker to the regulatory problems.
