Job Description

Objective:

Effective management of asset life cycle process and upkeep of asset inventory on approved tools.
The person should be familiar with the various procedures related to asset life cycle and ensure the procedures are adhered to.

Responsibilities:

Should familiarize with policies, procedures and periodicity of various activities
Must identify stakeholders and applications relevant to the role
Must undertake relevant activities, as per procedures and periodicity
Should coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders
Must review and take necessary action on fixing gaps identified by relevant scanning systems
Should update appropriate systems for compliance

Qualification:

At least 02 years of experience in asset management or physical security systems.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 platforms, Microsoft Dynamics (Connected Field Services), and ServiceNow preferred.

Scope:

Global scope, covering various global offices.
To support the global scope, professional is expected to work in shifts.
