Sr. Executive / AM Corporate & Loyalty

Role Overview: You will be responsible for expanding the reach of product offerings to various corporate houses in the country. Your primary focus will be to drive Referral & Loyalty Sales across Pan India projects by building a strong network, developing key strategies, and value propositions. Key Responsibilities: - Implement long-term and short-term strategies to increase corporate reach across the country and boost Referral & Loyalty Sales in the project portfolio. - Ensure strict adherence to Corporate dedicated sales and customer service SOP. - Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to formulate and execute sales targets and plans. - Implement value propositions for M&M companies and create synergies within group companies to expand business. - Identify target corporates, define outreach plans, and develop corporate sales-specific value propositions for long-term relationships and exclusive offerings. - Reach out to corporates for activations, presentations, mailer activities, etc., to communicate offerings regularly. - Establish and maintain corporate connections for seamless information flow. - Coordinate with the corporate Marketing team for timely plan execution. - Work in conjunction with regional finance teams to release referral benefits to customers through Loyalty programs. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate (MBA preferred) Additional Details: The company operates in the Real Estate industry and is seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
