1. Monitor and track regulatory emails received from regulatory authorities. Ensure timely acknowledgment and effective coordination with relevant departments to provide final replies to regulators.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
3. Assist in the licensing process with regulators and coordinate responses to compliance-related queries from regulatory authorities.
4. Obtain necessary approvals for advertisements from exchanges in accordance with the Advertisement Code of Conduct.
5.Review employee requests for trading approvals, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and maintain proper documentation
