Job Description:

This position is responsible to ensure to completesecurity of plant, equipment & Manpower Resources. Position holder will beresponsible for security function in the shift. The major job responsibilitywill be-

Strict implementation of the Department SOP related toMen and Material movement.

Protect companys property and staff by maintaining asafe and secure environment.

Look for new security techniques and processes and striveto implement effective security systems.

Submit all required security reports to Security head andthe management as and when required.

Conduct routine patrolling and checking across plantsunder the Lead role.

Responsible for respective areas of deployment andminimize all threats and risks on a day-to-day basis.

Control and minimize accidents and thefts and formulatemitigation plans to avoid them in future.

Monitor the loading/unloading of all material includingraw materials/finished goods, by the gate security guards.

Supervise traffic management in and around Plant premiseto ensure all traffic movement remains accident free.

Keep constant touch with local Police stations as well asSenior Police officials at the local level for security of the plant.

Horticulture: Ensure Environment Preservation/ Biodiversity.Maintain the Greenery index of the plant.
