Job Title: Senior EU Recruiter

Location: Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore (On-site)

Position Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: 12:30pm to 9:30pm (Monday to Saturday)

Trijit Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior EU Recruiter to join our international recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various roles across the UK and EU markets, ensuring we attract and secure top talent for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a solid background in UK/EU recruitment to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across UK and Europe from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and timelines.
  • Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough screening and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for recurring or high-demand roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay current on EU/UK employment trends, talent pool behaviour, and recruitment best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in UK/EU/US/Domestic recruitment, preferably in IT or professional services domains.
  • Proven track record of successful placements in international markets (especially UK or EU).
  • Strong understanding of visa/work authorization requirements in the UK/EU region.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned roles.
