Job Description

Target Corporation India Pvt Ltd is looking for Sr Engineer Target to join our team

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using technologies such as Scala, Java, or Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
Develop and implement data models, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions using tools like Hive, Pig, or Spark.
Ensure high-quality code by following best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
Manage and optimize complex data systems, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on data engineering principles and practices.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Scala, Java, or Python.
Knowledge of database technologies like Postgres, Teradata, or SQL Server.
Experience with CI/CD toolchain, including Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
