As a Senior Engineer Quality Assurance at the MNC in Coimbatore, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Handling QA overall Functions - Demonstrating thorough knowledge in new product development until PPAP Documentations including MSA, R&R, SPC etc. - Handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently - Utilizing problem-solving techniques using 7QC tools - Implementing corrective actions for customer complaints through POKE YOKE Concept - Identifying root cause analysis through 5WHY analysis and 5M methods - Understanding the 4M Change management Procedure - Managing ISO and IATF requirements, documentations, and having awareness in TPM and TQM activities - Conducting internal process and product audits, addressing internal complaints and concerns on a daily basis - Evaluating new suppliers and monitoring Supplier performance - Having adequate knowledge in Casting and machining processes including special processes like Surface treatment and surface coatings - Possessing basic knowledge in Sheet metal fabrication processes Qualifications required for this role include: - DME / B.E(Mech) - 08 to 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance If you are interested in this opportunity, you can reach out to hr@sarainfoservices.com for further details.,
