Sr. engineer- ISM

You will be delivering technical solutions to the product and deeply involved in project execution.
You will be creating/updating the technical specifications, design verification plans, prepare procedures,and reports related to LV Panels and Cables. You will be creating/updating Electrical documentations like panel layouts, general arrangements, electricalschematics and Operation and Maintenance manuals. Active participation on technical discussions with Internal and External stakeholders during project execution. Support CADD design works and ensure it is documented according to Vestas execution gate model. Support the field issues, perform the root cause analysis and drive solution end to end upto implementation. Support production for the new product prototype build and ensure smooth transition to running production. Participate in panels FAT at supplier end to ensure the product delivered with right quality. Identify, develop and validate the technical improvement as part of the continuous improvement process Bachelors in electrical / Similar engineering specialization Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in electrical design. Experience within wind/energy Industry especiallywith WTGs will be preferred. Hands on experience on tools like E-plan, Creo view and Windchill. (ETAP - would be an added advantage) Experience on handling ECM (engineering change management) along the product life cycle. Knowledge on International standards such as IEC, UL, etc., preferably IEC 60204-1 Machine directive Knowledge on product development process and life cycle management You are focused, result-oriented and have a solid sense of responsibility Be an excellent team member and process-oriented person while performing the Job Have good communication skills - fluent in both verbal and written English Good at coordinating, follow-up and be aware of when things need to be escalated Experience with high-paced cross-functional and cross-cultural teams is beneficial Bachelors in electrical / Similar engineering specialization Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in electrical design.
