CAE Engineer/ CAE Analyst

Role 1: Crash Engineer ( 4- Positions) Bangalore

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering.

• 7–10 years of experience in vehicle crash simulation, with at least 3–5 years in EV safety analysis
• Expertise in vehicle crashworthiness simulations (frontal, side, rear, roof crush, etc)
• Deep knowledge of regulatory and global NCAP protocols
• Familiarity with cross-functional product development processes (concept to launch)
• Expert-level proficiency in LSDYNA, ANSA, Animator
• Expert-level proficiency in Meshing, Morphing, Module build for Crash
• Knowledge of Scripting and Automation

Role 2: Durability Engineer ( 3 - Positions) Bangalore

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering.
• 3-6 years of experience in vehicle Durability simulation, with at least 3–5 years in EV Durability analysis
• Expertise in Strength Stiffness and Durability simulations
• Familiarity with cross-functional product development processes (concept to launch)
• Expert-level proficiency in Abaqus and Nastran
• Expert-level proficiency in Meshing, Morphing, Module build for Durability
• Knowledge of Scripting and Automation

Role 3: Crash Engineer -Model Build (8 -Positions) Bangalore

3-6 years of experience in full vehicle meshing and model build for Crash/NVH/Durability

• Strong hands-on experience with ANSA (mandatory) for pre-processing .
• Expertise in CAD data handling • Expertise in morphing
• Good understanding of FEA fundamentals
• Familiarity with LS-DYNA
• Experience in connections modeling, contact definitions, and load case setup
• Knowledge of automotive components and assembly structures (BIW, Closures, EDU,Axles, battery pack, etc.)
• Attention to detail, quality, and consistency in model preparation
• Knowledge of Scripting and Automation

Role 4: Meshing Engineer (4 positions) Bangalore

Exp: 3-4 years

• Strong in Ansa Plastic and sheet metal meshing
• Should worked on Crash domain.
• Should know connections subsystem modelling.
