Position: LS-DYNA Project Engineer Experience Required: 3 6 Years Education Qualification: B.E / M.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering Key Responsibilities Perform FEA analysis using LS-DYNA (Implicit and Explicit) for component-level simulations . Work with pre-processors such as HyperMesh and LS-PrePost for model preparation and results evaluation. Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of simulation results. Conduct conclusive analysis by correlating simulation and test data, providing recommendations for improvements. Support cross-functional team activities and ensure smooth execution of deliverables. Learn and implement new methods to handle multiple tasks/projects effectively. Document and present findings clearly to internal teams and clients. Collaborate with global teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements, including flexible working hours if needed. Required Skills & Expertise Strong fundamentals in engineering mechanics, strength of materials, and finite element methods . Hands-on experience with LS-DYNA solver (Implicit & Explicit) for structural/component simulations. Good proficiency in HyperMesh, LS-PrePost for preprocessing and postprocessing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive meaningful conclusions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment . Proactive, quick learner with adaptability to changing business needs. Preferred / Added Advantage Exposure to seatbelt simulation activities and seatbelt product engineering . Relevant certifications in LS-DYNA / FEA tools. Prior experience in automotive crashworthiness, occupant safety, or related CAE domains.
