Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Setting up a high availability environment using external hardware F5 load balancer, Apache httpd, Nginx web server, and troubleshoot middleware technologies (WebLogic, Tomcat, etc.).
Monitor middleware performance, capacity, and availability, ensuring minimal downtime.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
Participate in incidents, problems, and change management activities using ServiceNow.
Analyze and resolve production issues in a timely manner, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Maintain middleware documentation, configuration standards, and knowledge base articles.
Support security compliance, patching, and upgrades for middleware components.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Splunk, Newrelic).
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work in 24x7 production support environments (if required) and Provide on-call support as part of a rotational schedule.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
Familiarity with ITIL processes.
