Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned area.
  • Identify and prioritize key market segments and customers to focus sales efforts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer sites to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation activities.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's pneumatic product and their applications or similar production in the automation industries.
  • Provide technical assistance and product training to customers and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and competitor products.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to HO.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and market share.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the internal sales team, technical support, and product management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other Area Sales Managers to share best practices and strategies.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of pneumatic systems and their applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Should be a Self-Initiator and take Ownership of assigned tasks with full responsibility.
  • Conveying solutions benefit both business and technical audiences.

  • Preparing and presenting potential cost-benefit analysis to potential clients.
  • Delivering presentations and demos to clients.
  • Conveying customer technical requirements to the Internal Engineering teams.
  • Demonstrating how a product meets a clients needs.
  • Demonstrating products, services, and solutions to potential clients.
  • Maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Liaising with both current and potential clients to develop existing and new business opportunities.
  • Putting together technical instruction for customers in relation to the use, operation, and maintenance of purchased products.
  • Identifying the customer's current and future requirements.
  • Providing sales & Technical support during virtual and onsite client meetings.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
