Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Full-time) mandatory

Experience Range:

Engineer: 4–5 years

Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager: 6–8 years

Deputy Manager: 9–11 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural design and analysis of transmission line towers, poles, and related structures using PLS-CADD, PLS-Tower, PLS-Pole, and AutoCAD.
• Review design calculations, drawings, and models for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Optimize design for structural integrity, cost-effectiveness, and ease of fabrication and erection.
• Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BOM) and design documentation.
• Coordinate with project, fabrication, and construction teams for design clarification and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to relevant codes and client specifications (IS, IEC, ASCE, etc.).
• Participate in design validation, peer reviews, and value engineering initiatives.
• Support tender and proposal teams with design inputs and technical clarifications.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Structural Engineering principles.
• Proficiency in PLS-CADD, PLS-Tower, PLS-Pole, and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of steel structures and load analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
