Sr. Email Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Email Marketing Specialist at GR Scholastic LLP, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing international email campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing audience segmentation, personalization & A/B testing - Tracking & analyzing KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions - Developing & presenting reports on campaign effectiveness - Maintaining and enhancing automation processes for data integrity & compliance - Staying updated on industry trends, best practices & SEO principles - Collaborating with content, design & product teams for brand alignment To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with: - 5+ years of email marketing experience with an international focus - Expertise in HubSpot, Mailjet, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Skills in analytics, reporting & campaign optimization - Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design - Strong project management skills for handling multiple campaigns - Creative, proactive & problem-solving mindset Please note that we are specifically seeking candidates with expertise in Email Marketing, not general Digital Marketing professionals.
