The Sr Supervisor Electrical plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful electrical installation and maintenance operations within a shipbuilding and construction environment. This role includes interpreting electrical drawings, monitoring cable installations, conducting maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing electrical works to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality electrical systems.KEY RESULT AREAS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

Interpretation and Design

• Interpret production electrical drawings
• Correct design errors in electrical drawings.
• Prepare feasibility reports for all projects. Installation and Maintenance
• Monitor conduit and cable laying in vessels
• Oversee the installation and termination of electrical systems in vessels.
• Ensure the fit-up and connection of electrical systems in vessels.
• Perform maintenance operations on board vessels, including quarterly maintenance and urgent maintenance as needed.
• Maintain and repair electrical equipment/tools in the yard.
• Maintain and repair switchboards. Collaboration and Documentation
• Collaborate with subcontractors for work planning and issue work completion certificates.
• Keep accurate records of all electrical-related work in vessels.
• Participate in production meetings with Assistant Managers.

Safety and Feasibility

• Anticipate electrical hazards and implement safety measures.
• Provide support to the Research and Development department.
• Plan and prepare electrical work flowcharts to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate and mark locations for electrical-related works in vessels.

• Timely Completion: Ensure projects are completed within specified timelines.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and address electrical hazards.
• Record Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of electrical work.
• Feasibility Recommendations: Provide valuable input on project feasibility.
• R&D Contributions: Support R&D department with innovative solutions.
• Project Efficiency: Ensure efficient execution of electrical work.
• Marking Precision: Accurate marking and penetration for electrical work

Salary Range :38,000 to 40,000 Per Month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
