About the Role

Are you a seasoned ERP professional with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations? Were looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 FO and ERP Specialist to lead enterprise-wide ERP initiatives, drive digital transformation, and optimise core business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving business challenges with scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO across the organisation.
• Configure and customize modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Project Operations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Manage integrations with other enterprise systems (CRM, HRIS, Data Warehouse).
• Oversee data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ERP users.
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management.

What Youll Bring

• 10+ years of ERP experience, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• Deep domain knowledge in finance, supply chain, procurement, and/or manufacturing.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies.

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate

Preferred:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
