Job Description

Role: Senior Director – HR Operations Delivery

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai


Role Overview:

Senior Director – HR Operations Delivery


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the HR operations strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead HR Shared Services covering employee lifecycle, HRIS, payroll interface, compliance, and case management.
  • Drive process automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing global HR Ops team, ensuring capability and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, CoEs, and tech teams to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
  • Track SLAs, KPIs, and manage stakeholder expectations across functions and geographies.


Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of HR experience with 5+ years in senior HR Ops leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in global HR service delivery, transformation, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR tech (Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, etc.) and process automation.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and governance practices.
