Job Description

As a Sr Director Engineering here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the engineering function within the company. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, technical leadership, and operational oversight to the engineering teams. The Sr Director of Engineering will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation, ensure product quality, and achieve business objectives. YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
8+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline
Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc. based on job title
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
