Sr Director Business Development

As a Senior Director of Business Development North in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and discovering new business opportunities. With a focus on the South and North areas, you will lead the development and execution of strategic plans to meet revenue targets and foster growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business ventures, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing the entire sales process from prospecting to contract closure. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will align business development strategies with organizational objectives and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. To excel in this role, you must possess a Graduate/Post Graduate degree with exceptional communication and presentation skills, preferably complemented by an MBA in Sales & Marketing. With a minimum of 12 years of experience in business development or sales within the BPO sector, you should have a proven history of surpassing sales targets and a deep understanding of the BPO landscape. Your success will hinge on your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate adeptly, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals. As a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, you will be required to travel as needed and represent the company at various industry events and networking opportunities. This is a full-time position with mandatory domestic BPO experience, offering competitive compensation ranging from 25 LPA to 40 LPA, along with benefits such as Provident Fund.
