Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts in the BPO sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and market expansion within the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets, partnerships, and service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.

- Graduate/Post Graduate with excellent communication and presentation skills. MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred…
- 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the BPO industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding Sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the BPO landscape, including market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
