Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote land, buildings, and construction services. - Generate leads and convert them into successful sales. - Handle client inquiries through calls, messages, and meetings, ensuring excellent customer service. - Effectively close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Manage and update company presence across social media platforms to attract potential buyers and investors. - Utilize AI tools and digital marketing techniques to enhance sales campaigns. - Collaborate with the management team to explore new opportunities and strategies for business growth. - Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar sales/marketing role in real estate or construction. - Strong knowledge of sales strategies, client dealings, and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and consistently close deals. - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing. - Knowledge of AI tools for marketing will be an added advantage. - Highly motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven. Additional Company Details: Our company offers a competitive base salary along with an attractive commission structure. The job is full-time and permanent, requiring a higher secondary (12th pass) education level. The preferred experience includes 1 year in digital marketing and a total of 1 year of work experience. The work location is in person, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred. The willingness to travel up to 25% is also preferred.
