Job Description:

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and business growth. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting company projects, managing client relationships, and closing deals. This role requires strong sales expertise, marketing knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote land, buildings, and construction services.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Handle client inquiries through calls, messages, and meetings, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Effectively close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Manage and update company presence across social media platforms to attract potential buyers and investors.
• Utilize AI tools and digital marketing techniques to enhance sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with the management team to explore new opportunities and strategies for business growth.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar sales/marketing role in real estate or construction.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, client dealings, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and consistently close deals.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of AI tools for marketing will be an added advantage.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure.
