As a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager at Igxact Soft Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing digital initiatives, driving results, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects across various marketing channels. You will act as the primary contact for overseas clients, coordinating communication through platforms like Zoom, calls, and chats. Collaboration with SEO, content, design, social media, and performance marketing teams will be crucial for successful project management. Defining project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs, along with providing regular updates to clients, are key aspects of the role. Analyzing campaign performance, ensuring brand consistency, and effectively managing risks will be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, working closely with strategy and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals is essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a yearly bonus. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in client communication via Zoom, calls, and chats, 5 years in upselling, 6 years in team handling, and 6 years in email marketing. Fluency in English is required, and the work location is in person at Mohali, Punjab.
