Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, facilitating communication through Zoom, calls, and chats. Coordinate effectively between SEO, content, design, social media, and performance marketing teams to streamline execution. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements for successful campaign management. Regularly update clients on project progress, providing insights and recommendations. Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing assets. Identify potential risks and proactively manage issues to ensure smooth execution. Work closely with strategy and creative teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
