Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, support marketing activities, coordinate with internal teams, and handle exhibition-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be skilled in design tools, content creation, communication, and multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Content Creation

Create engaging social media designs and creatives for various platforms.

Proficient in Canva, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and basic video editing tools.

Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar.

Publish and monitor content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Track performance and suggest improvements for better engagement.

2. Coordination & Support

Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to provide photos, videos, and creative content required for marketing and client interactions.

Work with Sales and Service departments for printing materials, marketing brochures, banners, and other collaterals.

Be handy with a camera to capture product photos, videos, customer visits, and event coverage.

3. Exhibition & Event Handling

Manage end-to-end exhibition handling including communication with exhibition organizers, booth/stall booking, documentation, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with stall designers, fabricators, and vendors for design approvals, layouts, and timely execution.

Ensure proper planning, branding materials, logistics, and overall coordination for successful exhibition participation.

4. Skills & Abilities

Strong multitasking ability and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good communication skills (verbal & written).

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or related field (preferred).

1– 5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.

Hands-on experience with graphic design and video editing tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
