About the Role

Azure DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  in Azure DevOps.
• Automate provisioning of Azure PaaS and IaaS resources using

  Terraform, ARM templates, PowerShell, or Azure CLI

  .
• Administer Azure DevOps tools: Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Artifacts.
• Deploy and manage Azure services including

  App Services, Functions, AKS, SQL, and Storage

  .
• Implement

  security best practices

  with RBAC, Managed Identities, and Azure Key Vault.
• Configure

  monitoring, logging, and alerting

  using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth releases and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience

  as an Azure DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Azure

  PaaS

  services and

  IaaS fundamentals

  .
• Expertise in

  CI/CD pipeline design and automation

  .
• Proficiency in

  PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python scripting

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Terraform / ARM templates

  .
• Familiarity with

  Azure governance

  (management groups, policies, RBAC, cost optimization).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  Docker & Kubernetes

  .
• Advanced monitoring and alerting in Azure.
• Exposure to

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Certification: Microsoft Certified – Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (or equivalent).
