Job Title: Senior Developer
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js, React, AWS, and Elasticsearch, and will be capable of leading a team and driving projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications using Node.js, React, and AWS.
  • Architect and implement robust, high-performance solutions with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
  • Manage and optimize Elasticsearch clusters for search and analytics applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and system configurations.
Required Skills:
  • Extensive experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in React and building responsive web applications.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch and its integration into applications.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and code reviews.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Elasticsearch.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
