Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy, delivering actionable insights, and supporting cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will also manage and mentor two junior analysts, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring high-quality analytical output across the team.

Principal Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analytics projects from data exploration to insight delivery.
Analyze SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, and product usage trends.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
Write complex SQL queries and use Python/R for advanced data analysis and modeling.
Manage and mentor two junior analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and development plans.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
Partner with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines and infrastructure.
Present findings to leadership with clear storytelling and visualizations.

Position Requirements

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python.
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven leadership or mentorship experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning techniques.
Agile or Scrum experience in a cross-functional team environment.
