Sr. Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence / Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in understanding the business needs, enhancing processes, facilitating communication, and ensuring that projects are in line with organizational objectives. Your versatile skill set will make you an invaluable asset in today's dynamic business environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting meetings and interviews to gather requirements from business stakeholders, performing process analysis and documentation using methods like flowcharts, identifying process inefficiencies, and recommending effective solutions. You will research and evaluate software, tools, and automation options, create detailed requirements documentation and specifications, as well as support solution design, testing, and implementation. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and business cases, managing projects and product delivery schedules, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders and team members. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, document detailed specifications and user stories, prioritize and manage requirements throughout projects, and conduct solutions analysis to provide recommendations based on thorough analysis. Furthermore, you will research technology options and vendors, develop business cases and cost/benefit analyses for solutions, optimize business processes for greater efficiency, align processes with business goals and strategy, and implement solutions such as automation to streamline workflows. You will also be involved in project management, where you will plan and manage the project life cycle from initiation to closure, track progress to ensure on-time delivery, and liaise between the project team, sponsors, and stakeholders. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, with a requirement for immediate joiners. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Data Visualization, Data Extraction, Data Mapping, and handling Stakeholder Management. Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI, Python, SQL, and experience working in a product-based company within the e-commerce domain are preferred qualifications for this role. The work location is in person, and the schedule is from Monday to Friday with a day shift.
