Job Description

Drive strategic analyses that identify key growth opportunities for EarnIn across Product and keting
Partner with the Product and keting teams to design and run experiments
Own the analytics roadmap for key growth functions like SEO, Referrals, etc.
itor & proactively surface/troubleshoot any problems across the key business metrics & drive resolution of these issues

WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR

4+ years of experience in keting analytics/product analytics/data science in a B2C role
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
Experience with growth functions such as SEO, referrals, lifecycle keting
Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments
Expert skillset in SQL and experience with Python or R
Ability to extract insights from large, complex data sets & seamlessly translate into actionable recommendations across the consumer journey
Ability to establish and maintain excellent processes while allowing for creative thinking and flexibility in ambiguous situations
Curiosity and passion for deeply understanding analytical problems and translating this to stakeholders
Experience in Fintech is a bonus
