Job Description

As a Business Analyst at Airtel Digital Channels, your role will involve developing an in-depth understanding of user journeys and generating data-driven insights to support product decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking end-to-end ownership of key metrics and collaborating with product owners to ensure progress in the right direction. - Formulating strong hypotheses, conducting A/B experiments, and identifying opportunities with confidence. - Working cross-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models, and provide recommendations. - Implementing efficient processes for data reporting, dashboarding, and communication. - Collaborating with Product teams for data tracking and tool implementation such as Clickstream, Google Analytics, Branch, Moengage, etc. Qualifications and skills required for this role include: - A B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or a background in Statistics/Operations Research. - 3+ years of experience in core business analytics or product analytics. - Deep understanding of SQL, Python/R, with hands-on experience and working on large datasets. - Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Superset. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage senior management using data. - Experience with data structures, ETL pipelines, feature modeling, and hands-on experience with Airflow. - Effective communication skills and experience working across multiple teams, including data engineering, data analytics, and product squads, would be advantageous.
