Sr. Customer Service Executive

As a Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve retail sales targets. You will collaborate with teams to implement promotional campaigns and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to train and mentor junior sales team members and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Qualifications: - Intermediate (or) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of retail sales processes and market dynamics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
