Job Description

Good understanding of Various telecom Standards and Protocols (RFC, ITU, IETF, SS7, SIP, MGCP, MEGACO, DP such as E.164)

- Knowledge on Soft-switch / Multi-service Access switch / Session Border Controllers (SBC) Media Gateways and or IP PBX

- Knowledge on IP addressing / routing / switching / MPLS concepts.

- Specific knowledge of , RFC1918 , Sonus(Ribbon) ,Dialogic

Excellent Carrier/Supplier Management Skills

Should have worked in Voice Telecom Operations team,

Experience in operating in TDM/NGN/VoIP based switching.

Good understanding of IP Connectivity troubleshooting.
