  • Knowledge on Soft-switch / Multi-service Access switch / Session Border Controllers (SBC) Media Gateways and or IP PBX
  • Knowledge on IP addressing / routing / switching / MPLS concepts.
  • Specific knowledge of , RFC1918 , Sonus(Ribbon) ,Dialogic
Excellent Carrier/Supplier Management Skills
Should have worked in Voice Telecom Operations team,Experience in operating in TDM/NGN/VoIP based switching.Good understanding of IP Connectivity troubleshooting.
