Knowledge of simulation of Netconf device / server. In-depth understanding of IETF Netconf, Yang specifications. Experience in Java, Postgres/MySQL, Elastic Search (or any NOSQL DB knowledge a plus) In-depth understanding of microservices based development. Experience in NMS/EMS development for 4g/5g base stations would be an added plus. Individual Contributor. Responsible for design and development of features for SDN controller, Netconf applications. Optimization of the application for speed and scalability. Desired skills: Knowledge of Automated Deployment Environments. (Kubernetes, Docker etc.). Basic understanding of Agile Development lifecycles. Design and development using Spring Boot would be a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 5 years experience from Telecommunication or Networking background. Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degree Candidate should be good at coding skills in Java, Netconf and SDN Controller. Job description You will have ownership to develop test cases primarily for eNodeB functionalities to meet customer requirements complying to 3GPP standard. Analyze the use cases/requirements for LTE related requests from customer and deployment engineers. Augment tests with feedback from Customer deployments. Analyze the field queries and give the solutions. Log analysis, Performance, Capacity and Soak testing. Raising bugs and getting the issues fixed in co-ordination with development team. Mandatory skills: BE/B.Tech./M.Tech. (EC/EE/CS) Degree with 10+ yrs. Working experience in LTE/4G enodeB verification cycle by validating 3GPP protocols, call flow, end to end traffic throughput requirements. Deep working knowledge Wireless Packet Core Standards testing, IETF Standards, VoLTE, IMS server, EPC core, RRH, Handover testing Desired skills: Should have work experience in eNodeB/gNodeB/UE L1 SW development. Familiar with any RAN Platform architecture, L1 Schedulers Should be familiar with air interface, S1AP, Mobility and LTE stack. Should have good Debugging and Troubleshooting and log analysis skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 10 to 14 years experience from Telecommunication or Networking background. Role & responsibilities Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) Coordination: Manage and oversee shareholder records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Work closely with the RTA for processing and maintaining shareholder information, including the transfer of shares, issuance of duplicate certificates, and updating of shareholder details. Ensure all necessary documents and communications are processed efficiently between the company and RTA. Investor Grievances and Follow-up: Serve as the first point of contact for investor grievances related to name corrections, address changes, or share transfer issues. Coordinate the follow-up of unresolved investor issues, ensuring that all grievances are resolved within the stipulated timelines. Assist in drafting responses and resolutions for investor complaints in a professional and timely manner. Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF): Coordinate with the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) authority to address issues related to unclaimed dividends, shares, or other investor-related concerns. Ensure compliance with IEPF guidelines and report unclaimed shares and dividends in accordance with the prescribed regulations. Assist in the process of reclaiming unclaimed dividends and shares for investors, as necessary. Shareholder Coordination and Government Liaison: Work with government authorities, regulatory bodies (such as SEBI), and other entities for the resolution of shareholder-related issues. Ensure compliance with all regulatory filings and documentation required by government agencies. Assist in coordinating shareholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and other related documents. Compliance and Documentation: Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations related to corporate governance and secretarial practices. Maintain and update corporate records, including the shareholder register, minutes of meetings, and statutory filings. Support the preparation of annual reports, compliance reports, and other statutory filings. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of all secretarial and investor-related activities.
