Sr. Customer Service Executive- Freight Forwarding

As a Graduate with more than 5 years of experience in customer service and operations in a renowned freight forwarding company, you should possess in-depth knowledge about import/export/cross trade business by Sea freight & Air freight. Your on-the-job experience in international freight forwarding job costing and quotations will be crucial. Your responsibilities will include handling freight enquiries, quotations, and coordinating with local and international clients. You are expected to have experience in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines/airlines and overseas agents. Proficiency in handling MNC clients and executing time-bound & critical sea/air shipments is a must. Knowledge about customs procedures and port operations will be beneficial. Your good convincing and problem-solving skills will be valuable in this role. You should be capable of handling freight forwarding operations & customer service independently without supervision. Timely job invoicing and preparing job reports will also be part of your responsibilities. Your highly aggressive, proactive, and pre-planned work style will be appreciated.
