Sr Customer Experience Agent - Cold Chain

Key Responsibilities: - 3 years of experience in customer experience - Build strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders within the customer's organization - Attend to all customer issues and queries promptly, minimizing escalations - Deliver relationship-based customer service - Manage order management, demand management, exception handling, and outstanding management - Collaborate with the team to drive results in customer experience and foster an owner mindset for business - Convert customer demand forecast into capacity plan at a plant level - Collaborate with customers and other 3PLs (CHAs, transport operators, carriers) to ensure seamless logistics planning - Coordinate exports and imports processes across various transport models including Ocean, Air, and Cold Storage Qualification Required: - Good to have experience in Cold chain - Good to have experience in Exim Additional Details: Maersk is committed to supporting your needs for any adjustments during the application and hiring process.
