Sr Customer Experience Agent - Cold Chain

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Maersk, you will play a crucial role in building strong and lasting relationships with all stakeholders within the customer's organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Building strong and lasting relationships with all stakeholders within the customer's organization - Ensuring all customer issues and queries are attended to on priority with minimal escalations - Establishing relationship-based customer service delivery - Managing order management, demand management, exception handling, and outstanding management - Working with the team to deliver results on customer experience and drive an owner mindset for business - Converting the customer demand forecast into capacity plan at a plant level - Collaborating with the customer as well as other 3PLs (CHAs, transport operators, carriers) to ensure seamless logistics planning - Coordinating exports and import processes across transport models including Ocean, Air, and Cold Storage Good to have experience includes: - Experience in Cold chain - Experience in Exim Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, values diversity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
