Sr. CRM Executive / Sr. CRM Executive / CRM Manager

We are seeking an Executive /Sr. Executive/AM/ Manager CRM for Sikka Group at the "Kamna Greens" site in Noida, Sec.143. Your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end customer relationship journey, encompassing all aspects of after-sales relationships. This includes ensuring timely and accurate documentation, collections, and resolution of customer issues. Your role will involve timely closure of agreements for buyers and sellers, as well as coordinating all documentation until the registry process. You will be required to liaise with bankers, channel partners, internal teams, and other departments. Additionally, you will need to strategize and achieve collection targets, monitor grievances and escalations from customers, and ensure that timely, accurate, and satisfactory solutions are provided for each query. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. Proven expertise in customer relationship management, specifically in the real estate sector with a focus on post-sales activities, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to establish rapport and trust with customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective handling of customer inquiries and concerns are required. Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus.
