Sr. Content Associate

This one is a full-time opening for people with a background in Psychology/Industrial Psychology/Human Resources and a maximum work experience of 4 years in content strategy/content writing with prior experience/exposure to social media content in a creative agency.

What would your day look like?

•  Work collaboratively with the team and possess the ability to receive feedback with a champion mindset.
• Ideate and think for social media and internal communication campaigns across platforms (Social media wizards, please apply!)
• Write short and long format content + social media copy across platforms.
• Use AI to research topics and crunch turnaround timelines
• Read up/research on a wide range of work culture/HR/PR/Media topics and edit well-thought out, credibly sourced articles.
• Work with clients to ideate and pitch concepts. Also, partner with your team members in the process of creating content calendars and strategies based on the needs/objectives.
• Create, edit, and proofread (typos happen when sleepy, but it’d be great if you can clean them up when awake) content collaterals and working with the team to visualize campaigns/creatives that are ready for publishing/design.

Who/what are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Background in Communications/social media writing for an agency/brand
• Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
