Job summary

The Sr Consultant role is pivotal in driving automation and efficiency within our organization. With a focus on Python Automation and Splunk Administration the candidate will enhance system performance and data analysis capabilities. This office-based position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to impactful projects that align with our companys goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Python automation scripts to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Administer and maintain Splunk environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
Analyze system performance metrics and provide insights to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and system administration.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Python and Splunk-related issues.
Document processes and create user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices in coding and automation.
Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead workshops and training sessions to upskill team members in Python and Splunk technologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks and methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python and Splunk to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Python programming and automation techniques.
Demonstrate proficiency in administering and managing Splunk environments.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Have a solid understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.
Show experience in working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Display effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
