Sr. Client Servicing Representative

As a Senior Client Servicing Representative at our company, your role will involve managing and growing multiple client accounts from an agency background. Your responsibilities will include: - Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your portfolio of clients. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business objectives and challenges. - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives. - Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams. - Forecast and track key account metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will also be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, leading pitches and presentations to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends. To succeed in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong emphasis on managing multiple accounts. An agency background is highly preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating challenging situations and providing effective solutions. - Proven negotiation skills with a history of successful contract closures. - Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for both clients and the agency. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
