Project management: Oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Design and technical oversight: Lead the development of technical and architectural plans, and review engineering designs for feasibility, accuracy, and compliance with standards. Team leadership: Manage and mentor engineering teams, assign tasks, and provide technical guidance and support to project staff. Quality control and safety: Implement and enforce quality control measures and ensure a safe working environment on construction sites. Documentation and reporting: Prepare technical reports, tender documents, and other necessary documentation, such as method statements and inspection reports.
