Involved Structural and all finishing works in buildings. Checking plans anddrawings and applying the work area accurately. Follow the checklist points, coordinate with MEP team and Take permission to QC team before start the work and Give post checking to QC team After completion of work. Calculating concrete,Steel, shuttering, brickwork,plastering,Tiles, Painting internal and external area, Granite, MS and SS Railing , Carpentry(Doors and windows), Electrical and Plumbing items accurate quantities for material requirement and bills preparation. Responsibilities of all finishing activities such as Masonry work, Plastering, Painting, Tiles, Granite work, Carpentry, civil and Electrical work for lift installation, SS railing for Staircase, MS Railing for Lift Head room Staircase, Electrical and Plumbing work etc.
