Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and channel partners to expand business opportunities.
• Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitive activity.
• Prepare and present business reports to management.
• Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and productivity.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).
• Qualification: Graduate or above.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the Noida and NCR real estate market preferred.
